The gift is a fanart of Raj and Simran (played by Shahrukh Khan and Kajol) from the Bollywood movie Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge ("The Brave-hearted will take the Bride"; in Polish that's "Żona dla zuchwałych" of course xD).
